This is the underlying logic: https://github.com/electron/electron/pull/10183 - it's essentially unchanged from that initial PR if anyone with more background wants to take a look.

Closing as resolved given we could not reproduce it and it is no longer occurring.
Closing as there's not much more we can do here - 29 is security-only and it's fixed in 30.

We haven't gotten a response to our questions in our comment above. With only the information that is currently in the issue, we don't have enough information to take action....
