Tacking down issues like https://github.com/chocolatey/chocolatey.org/issues/613 require you to enable tracing. Even better would be to only (and always) print the trace in case of an error.

When using a custom server the Help-Items `Terms` and `Privacy` should point to that server. Probably that will be a 404 for most instances, but that can IMO be fixed...

This is more or less a must in an enterprise environment. If running your own instance you want it to be used. Telling everybody to change the server manually will...

doxygen tag-files are missing function-like keywords (e.g. static_assert)

This is probably the same as #78, but I'm not sure. The tag-files seem to be missing multiple entries. I'm specifically looking at `static_assert`. It shows up in `link-map.xml` yet...

Missing dependency on PyQt5

There should be a dependency on PyQt5.

I have not tested this for MSVC but works fine with GCC/libc

Knowing the line number where an error occurred really helps.

Allow using lstset within the code.
