Configure `cargo fmt` and `cargo clippy`

I understand `cargo clippy` is troublesome, so I again suggest running just `cargo fmt` for now.

I authored the PR #727 and I suspect that the PR broke something. I'm going to figure it out.

Kramdown block inline attribute lists

I have created [the remark plugin](https://github.com/cm-ayf/remark-attribute-list) to parse (and apply) Kramdown's Attribute List Definitions and Inline Attribute Lists. Does it help this issue?
