Fix falloffmap feature in E20 and E21

I tried it but it only spans across the first terrain chunk. How can I make it so that it can span 10 x 10 terrain chunks or more?

Falloff Map Makes 9 chunks

I want to have 10 x 10 terrain chunks before it falls off. Anyone think it's possible?
