Allow overwriting form settings in includes

Nice initiative @bezin ... I would also suggest to add the `jumpTo` (redirect page) to the overwritable parameters. This will make the form usable in different page trees.

Adding the option `data-only` to the backup create command, to onyl export the data

@Toflar The idea was born when maintaining the official demo. The exported SQL only contains the data. With this command, maintaining will be a little bit easier ;-).
