`acorn rm` is confusing and doesnt do what i need it to

It also seems unbalanced that we have ``` acorn secrets create|expose|rm ``` but dont have similar subcommands for volumes and containers. I get that we dont need/want create for vols...

also weird that for acorn rm, containers and apps are smushed together: ``` -c, --containers Delete apps/containers ```

We had a convo in slack about this that I can't find. But we talked about revamping `rm` significantly to make it make more sense

Ingress: Quickstart not working any more, ENDPOINT stays in pending state

Improving this is at the top of our priority list. I might send you some questions later to help assess exactly what might have gone wrong
