I tried to find a way to do this using Webpack but came up empty-handed. Possibly we can just hit the [GitHub search API](https://developer.github.com/v3/search/#search-repositories) and link to files that way.

Sort of related to "Add Data field descriptions" (https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/89726), in the sense that both are related to metadata.

Thank you for looking into this @1Copenut! That's correct, those `EuiIconTip` instances are focusable (and need to be), so it seems like `EuiStat` needs some adjustment to support this.
