Hi, would like to clarify about the lsp-java-workspace-dir. I am currently using lsp-treemacs-sync-mode to sync changes in my treemacs workspace so that it will reflect as a different lsp session....
When you switch your `treemacs-workspace`, it would switch your `lsp-workspace-folders` for you, if you have `lsp-treemacs-symc-mode` on

@pziecina I believe that is expected behavior. Because anything inside the `org-roam-directory` tree will be considered as part of the `org-roam-directory`, and are synced and persisted with the DB. But...
