That is not a very informative error message :/ The spades executable is being called correctly in the container so we can exclude that. IDK if that error is related...
If i disable the trace file in the `nextflow.config`, it works (until it dies because trace files are a necessary thing!). Removing either of trace file fields makes no difference....
