做对了及时语言鼓励，做错了立马要有正确答案反馈（包括是什么和为什么）。我经常拿嗑瓜子举例，皮剥掉立马就吃，很容易持续下去，等所有的瓜子皮剥完再吃就容易中途放弃，所以及时反馈、适时激励对于小孩子很有必要。忘了哪本管理学书上说有激励的员工比没有激励的员工生产效率高80%。 另外，运算符建议整成多选模式。
个人愚见： 1. `#|`这两个符号键盘上离的有点远啊，个子还不一样高，换两个离的比较近的，个子差不多高的，比如`#@`，另外，要是有个快捷键就更好了。 1. `rmdworkflow,`是否改为`label = rmdworkflow,`，这样上下格式就统一了。最好能把逗号也给省略了，因为`#|`本身就起到了分割的作用。
