Lost git SCM export config after Rundeck update

We're seeing this for rundeck version `3.3.10.20210301-1` as well as `3.4.2.20210803-1`. Both import and export configs are lost upon each rundeck service restart.

Aggregate events with groupby returning no data

Just confirming that I also hit this issue with version 2.28.0 and that removing `total=recall` resolved it.
