Errors compiling MOF from STIG 2016 V1R10

I'm trying to compile a MOF against the latest Server 2016 V1 R10 STIG. **To Reproduce** 1. Download [U_MS_Windows_Server_2016_STIG_V1R10_Manual-xccdf.xml](https://dl.dod.cyber.mil/wp-content/uploads/stigs/zip/U_MS_Windows_Server_2016_V1R10_STIG.zip) 2.
