I think it's possibly to do such a thing . . . but I don't know of a step by step guide for doing that, you'd probably need to manually...
it's a symlink (on left) to target (on the right), I presume dein is adding the symlink as part of how it installs vim-go's ftplugin for go.
@scottenock I have found one issue, https://github.com/mfussenegger/nvim-lint/issues/730, and have a PR open if this is your issue, you can check if it is related if the diagnostics appear when starting...
