Working through the example I discovered that not only is the gitkit-widget.html naming not in sync with [walkthrough](https://developers.google.com/identity/toolkit/web/quickstart/java) but that I had to modify the `window.google.identitytoolkit.start()` call by adding 'JAVASCRIPT_ESCAPED_POST_BODY'...
