So, this is a first attempt at fixing the ISBN fetching problem from back when ottobib shut down. as it stands, it seem the testing environments, still throws some errors...

As of STAN 2.36, a new vector type, the sum_to_zero_vector has been added to STAN. This PR simply add this to the type keywords for syntax highlighting.
