重连后 $socket 的事件监听全部失效

这是否属于原本的设计理念?是否有考虑优化这里 在很多场景下需要断线重连的，但是使用中发现一旦重连成功后，暴露的`$socket` 监听事件都失效了，只能是监听`pinia`中重连的状态重新挂载监听事件。
