Okay, the server starts normally and doesn't crash if i remove a couple of dots from the bot token but it doesn't start up the bot, obviously. I'll try regenerating...
Issue returned once the token was changed again.
Downgrading to 2.1.1 fixes it.
Adding to this, in 1.16.5 this affects Tinker's Construct and Refined Storage as well.
