I've been playing with this in [Grafana Play](https://play.grafana.org/goto/2e0G2Q8IR?orgId=1) - really nice feature, would love to see it backported to 10.x if possible!!

@rachrwang In response to the question about suggested assignees, we think it would be most actionable if the original author was notified, versus a team that was auto-assigned the issue....

We ended up putting together some Slack automation to ping the PR author. Closing since we have a workaround, but I would love to see better notifications for suspect commits...
