我按照 repo 中的指引已经顺利注册了 LLC。现在正在 fiverr 上找人帮忙申请 EIN 但我自己查了不少资料，现在有点疑惑，如果在没有 SSN/ITIN 的情况下申请 EIN，后面申请银行账户（business bank account）或者 stripe 是否会有麻烦？是不是先申请 ITIN 比较稳妥？ 有按照这个教程跑通收款流程的吗？产生收入后如何报税？
