TextToSoundWaveAsync not woking with ue5.0 on android, only success on windows pc

Hello, I try TextToSoundWaveAsync but it only get synthesis failed delegate on android device. it is ok on the windows pc. Could you give me some help

I add segmention actor into my level but show as the follow png. please have a look of my pic . thanks.
