@habitullence I haven't had the time of day but it's still something I'd like to incorporate. See @sorin-ionescu's first comment in this thread that includes several conversations around doing so.
NeoBundle is now inactive and has been replaced with [Dein](https://github.com/Shougo/dein.vim). Vim-plug offers, among other things, branch/tag/commit support, on-demand loading, and post-update hooks; all of which I think fit within Janus'...
