[Bug]: pnpm generate fails with "Failure: plugin ts: exec: "node_modules/ts-proto/protoc-gen-ts_proto": file does not exist"

I was getting similar error ![1-error](https://github.com/zitadel/typescript/assets/3887634/da6b5fa0-55aa-42e6-aceb-39fdfca54ad6) Checked the ts-proto repo. The command needs to be a bit different for windows. https://github.com/stephenh/ts-proto?tab=readme-ov-file#quickstart Update the path value to `.\\node_modules\\.bin\\protoc-gen-ts_proto.CMD` in buf.gen.yaml (zitadel-server\src\buf.gen.yaml...
