It appears that $Args will only work when passed with at least one leading white space. Only tested on Win10 x64 1903 with mmc.exe binary.

Would be a breaking change

- add setting ContentLastModified as datetime. - before saving note, check modification time of the note content and prompt for reload when mismatch. - monitor content file change?

improve **ElseIf e.AddedItems.Count > 1** under **LB_Pic_SelectionChanged**
