先remove掉原来的包 然后通过vcpkg install workflow --head可以获取最新的master分支的workflow 可以参考文档 https://github.com/sogou/workflow/issues/270

小弟对win一窍不通，最近工作比较忙，暂时只能支持linux/mac下面的功能，也有热心网友写了win版本，可以参考一下 https://github.com/wfrest/wfrest/issues/66
