I have made some important changes to the tailwind website

I have changed the UI of the banner section, and alignment of the headings and added margin and padding at the required places of the tailwind website [Tailwind CSS Website1.zip](https://github.com/nischalgautam2/HacktoberFest2022/files/9698458/Tailwind.CSS.Website1.zip)

Gradient of the cards and icons doesn't go with the UI of website
