As noted for PeleLMeX, I am not certain if PeleLM(eX) provides a default for ext_dir BCs. IAMR does so, but it is through NS, so PeleLM wouldn't inherit it.

IAMR/Tutorials/HIT should work without needing separate "magic forcing data." You can adapt from there.

Are you saying the example in IAMR development branch doesn't work?

Body forces go in the routines in incflo_compute_forces.cpp. incflo doesn't currently evolve a temperature or enthalpy equation, although you could alter the `tracer` field to do this (see [incflo doc](https://amrex-fluids.github.io/incflo/FluidEquations.html#fluid-equations)...
