Python docker image is support arm64 so you can build image for arm, i don't know about prebuild image provided by maintainer

you already can run index from CLI. something looks like `sudo docker run --entrypoint photoprism index`. it's not exectly what you want but it's can be done write now.
hm, i found that i can use `faces:` for filter by number people in the image but if i try `face:new faces:1` this does not change anything. I try `faces:1`...
