Wait is not enough. Lets say you have 30 changes every 50ms and you wait 500ms. So 3 builds? vs debounce is well understood and documented.
But it needs version in the url. I can't have that changed implicitly.
I'm a non pro, but I assume it has to work same on the browser so you can read on the server. And browsers are all different.

@olivernn For sure, much more important that it work as a plain script and CDN.
@indolering Seems like a step back, less useful. How many points for you to not to do something that requires extra steps and can't be used by all browsers.
