There is a new vulnerability reported for pytorch < 2.2.2 with Critical score. CVE-2024-5480

In Open CE 1.9.4, requests is pinned to 2.31.*. We have a CVE that requires update to 2.32.*. The pin for requests need to be relaxed to 2.*.
