Please set CUDA_HOME and try the build without your local change. `export CUDA_HOME=/usr/local/cuda-11.1`
Do you have multiple installations of CUDA?
conda packages for numpy v1.23 are now available. So do you think this can be taken up sometime soon.

Yes I agree, this just requires a minimal test to keep the build times unaffected.
To include the header pls try build with `export CXXFLAGS="${CXXFLAGS} -I${CONDA_PREFIX}/include"`
@adammoody, please try `--strict-channel-priority` along with install command like: `conda install --strict-channel-priority pytorch`. Another alternative is to specify the desired pytorch version while installing it in the conda environment to...
