Huh, interestingly I was able to restart buildkitd and it freed up the previously-error'ed build histories, and then I was able to `prune` the full cache... _but_ a 'fresh' attempt...

Ability to add labels to logs with `OTEL_RESOURCE_ATTRIBUTES`

This would be very handy, as it's not fun to deal with the entirely unstructured nature of pipeline logs. 😅 That said, `OTEL_RESOURCE_ATTRIBUTES` isn't the right place to do this....
