After discussions with @aninek and @RFMoore we have discovered that they are rather interested in "who is responsible for this volunteer". That is the data verifier, and in most cases...

@esp0 I think this should be done in Reporting. Analytics is only a consumer of data?

This needs to be better defined by a UX/domain expert
