I have the same error. I can't use this in a Simple Preference activity ( the one generated by google) public class SettingsActivity extends AppCompatPreferenceActivity

The post to create a calendar seems to be broken as well
@orelvis15 does that happen to you with any version or just the alpha?
So we should add it on the lib or in the project that uses it? I just downgraded to the stable version and it works with no issues so far
