We are facing a couple of times already very high memory consumption (128Gb) and OOM kills on backend. The Rollback fails and causes Panic exit on nil pointer see logs...

Crashed backend with fatal error: concurrent map iteration and map write

Backend crashed with this line in the logs and then several thousand lines of stacktraces of goroutines. What causes this condition? Memory and disk seems fine.
