Pass compiled on Freebsd 13.4: Adjust zellij-server sysinfo packages dependence version from 0.22.5 to 0.30.13 in zellij-server/Cargo.toml. And adapter zellij-server/src/os_input_output.rs to fit sysinfo 0.30.13
