I've updated, but I still need to push the LoRA strength up to get an effect. Am I missing something?
Odd. I'm having this problem on one machine, but not on the other - both updated to latest..
I deleted my venv, rebuilt it and reinstalled all dependencies, and is working again. previously was using torch 2.3.0, is now on torch 2.4.0
Update: Turned out to be clip_l.safetensors. I assumed that I was able to use the same one used for Flux but the two I tried from [comfyanonymous's](https://huggingface.co/comfyanonymous/flux_text_encoders/tree/main) and [black-forest-labs's](https://huggingface.co/black-forest-labs/FLUX.1-dev/tree/main/text_encoder) HF...
