With the changes made to Arcane Familiar from SL, it seems to not work anymore. I have never seen it say anything but 0% uptime when this is not true....

merge_templates with blank tables causes rows from another table to be written instead

## Expected Behavior If I submit 3 sets of data to merge_templates, and only 1 contains table rows, I expect that only 1 of the pages should contain the table...
