If height of element is changed in moment when header gets "is-sticky" class, animation has glitches

Having the same issue. Causes the header to flash multiple times in and out of it's collapsed state.

Add exclude option

Can't import native modules from release/app in preload.ts

This is not ideal but is a workaround for now. Adding the 2 lines below to the `webpack.config.base.ts` resolves issues with `yarn start`. The first excludes externals from developer mode....
