unable to use chartify in jupyter notebook

I was able to solve this problem by installing `chromedriver` with homebrew: `brew cask install chromedriver`

Fix when remove is grayed out

This is another reason (in addition to checking out unstaged files) I think we should consider showing all of the files in the index. The 'remove' and 'checkout files' buttons...

Busywindow makes the main window expand

I think this is a result of the notification that comes up. When clicking commit with no staged files, there's no busywindow but the main window expands when the notification...

Change how HEAD should be shown in commit tree and top buttons, especially in detached head state

Research precisely what HEAD is (branch? commit?). In Elegit is "local branch" HEAD? Poke around via command line too.

Buttons flow

I put "Add", "Commit", and "Push" on the same line and removed "Push Tags". "Remove" does not (by default) do the opposite of "Add" so I don't think it should...
