Action groups or part states not synced for other players

I can partially confirm it (for solar panels and radiators from the interstellar mod). However landing-leg-states seem to sync fine. As for the action groups: I'm not experiencing any issues...

Duplicate of #72, #164, #185, #226 and #247, isn't it? You can copy the "ResourceScenario.txt" from the directory Universe/scenario/usernameX to /usernameY or better yet: copy/paste it into the "Initial" directory...
