Aram boost doesn't work?

I reduced my RP to around 320 and it finally said aram boost is eligible so I went into a game and used aram boost and it said it bought...

Aram boost doesn't give blue essence.

Does it give blue essence for you guys? I've used it twice and it doesn't give me any BE but gives the skins and activates the boost.

Vanguard doesn't ban custom skins

It seems runeforge has been testing with vanguard on ph server and they aren't being banned so what are the chances of R3nzSkin being banned?
