Every framework I know documents its API, this should be a priority.

Update version execution error: could not determine host context "default" does not exist

Same issue. Resolved by editing docker config, but that should not be the solution

@swc-node/register/esm doesn't recognize `.ts` file

I can confirm that it is a windows issue. I have tested this on Linux, Mac and Windows. If tsconfig.json exists in subfolder of a workspace it throws an error....
