You can run it anywhere as long as the path given leads to your JavaScript file

You needed to follow the "A better development server" step, which had you pull the repo to your computer
If you already accepted geolocation it wont ask again hence why it may not work, and it has a fallback if it's not accepted so it shouldn't freak out. What...
Oh then that is an issue with it, geolocation can only work on a chromium browser. Don't really know how to fix that.
you could probably widen the usage for this if you add conversion between time and/or allow different time units to be converted to hours minutes and seconds
