Is there a way to define custom manifest Entries within the jar goal

Thanks for your quick answer ! We are using the jar goal in many of our projects now and im not sure if we should change to the transformer goal...

FYI .. as a fast fix we have tried to set the flag `-XX:-ShowCodeDetailsInExceptionMessages` as mentioned in https://github.com/eclipse-openj9/openj9/issues/19163 Since that we havn't seen any crashes.
