Is there some new information? My app works in dev mode, builds fine and then throws this error once I start up. I've tried electron-rebuild but that doesn't help.
For what it's worth I switched to dugite which builds and runs fine with electron.

I had to move knex to the main thread. This does fix it but I think it should work in the renderer too. Probably some issue with webpack.
