i had this issue, probably 3 or 4 times, only during login, i have the helper installed For debug, i have a LOT of app "that fight" on login time....
did you have installed the helper ? menu Mousecap / Install Helper Tool
launch mousecap in the Mousecpp menu you have Install Helper Tool
