[Issue]: nvm-update.exe: NVM for Windows should be run from a terminal such as CMD or PowerShell

Same error message for me in Git Bash on Windows 10, using nvm-windows 1.1.12. After I downgraded to nvm-windows 1.1.11, then it worked fine.
