Update gensim size parameter

Hello, will this fix still be merged? Seems to still be an issue (nodevectors v0.1.23, gensim v4.1.2): TypeError: Word2Vec.__init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'size'

link Bacdive isolation source categories to each other to represent hierarchy
