Is the CI system's kernel updated to that kernel? We don't have tests using AMX in the VMM (only parsing the option) so it shouldn't be an issue either way...

So if we add this into clr-boot-manager it probably needs a new --reboot flag swupd could call it with. I'm actually curious if it wouldn't be better to add to...
I think it ignores clr-boot-manager's return code today but it doesn't have to.

Hrm I don't see replication of this issue either but we've seen cleanup issues before. Not sure what would be special here though. @kyrios123 Do you still see this issue?
@kyrios123 Interesting, I'll double check if I can replicate this behavior in Clear.
@Girtablulu I haven't been able to replicate this behavior on Clear, I think @ikeydoherty would have more knowledge about the state on Solus though.
fwupd is definitely something we are interested in getting integrated into cbm. We need to do uefi var management in cbm anyway so next boot like things should definitely be...
@alecbcs At this point because fwupdate is available I'm mostly in favor of closing this issue as I don't think integrating fwupd with CBM is the way to go.
