add an example for monitoring multiple elements, sometimes useful for debugging (e.g. "which div is scrolling?")

escape to dismiss?

Would be nice to have an option to dismiss the popup via the escape key. I hacked something up at http://lcd.al/?embed but am too lazy to submit a PR.
